Whom might we share this personal information with?
Goalplan uses different suppliers' products and services for our IT infrastructure and software development. This means that these providers may process your personal information. However, the suppliers have all signed Personal data processor agreements with Goalplan and may only process your personal information according to our instructions.
In some cases, Goalplan may be required to provide information to authorities by law or by judgment.

Where do we store your personal information?
We strive to always store your personal data within the EU / EEA. However, in some situations, they may be treated outside the EU / EEA by a third party, such as a technology provider or subcontractor. We make sure that we only use companies with valid Privacy Shield Certificate. We will always take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to handle your information at the same level as the protection offered within the EU / EEA.
Most of our storage is with Google Cloud and with their Frankfurt servers.

Your rights
Right of withdrawal of consent
You are entitled to revoke your consent to certain personal data processing at any time. If you revoke your consent, we will discontinue the treatment for which you have given your consent and delete the personal data processed solely on the basis of the consent.

Right to rectification and erasure
