3. Processing of personal data
Goalplan's handling of personal data is described below based on your relationship with Goalplan.
3.1 For Goalplan users
3.1.1 Purpose of processing personal data
Goalplan processes your personal information in order to:
(a) provide the Service to our Customers and offer you the opportunity to be a part of the Service;
(b) administer our relationship with you;
(c) deal with any cases of alleged discrimination, deal with disputes and complaints against you or our customers and suppliers; and
(d) optimize your business.
3.1.2 Personal data
Below you will find information about what kind of personal details Goalplan deals with and how we can obtain / retrieve this information.

The personal information we can handle about you consists of, among other things, the name, address, e-mail address, social security number, sex and salary terms and work experience. Furthermore, information about different key ratios, such as sales statistics, visitor data at store level, various quality measurements in terms of customer satisfaction, and test results from personality tests, your answers to questions about your well-being and other tasks necessary for the follow-up of the Service, etc. are discussed.
The personal information we will process about you consists of, in addition to the information provided, contact details for relatives, payroll and account information. Goalplan may also need to process sensitive personal information about you, such as information about your health. For example, health information may need to be processed to enable Goalplan to fulfill its obligations in relation to your employer.
3.1.3 Savings of personal data
How long a personal data is saved depends on the personal data and the purpose of its processing. The data you register in your profile or as Goalplan registers our system will be saved as long as your account is active, under the contractual relationship and then, in some cases, for a period that follows the law.
Goalplan will generally save personal data relating to:
data as per 126.96.36.199 concerning our customers' employees or consultants in the current year and thereafter five (5) years;
customer and supplier agreements as well as information on business events during the term of the agreement and subsequently for ten (10) years.
3.2 For customers and suppliers
3.2.1 Purpose of processing personal data
Goalplan only processes personal data to the extent that such processing is necessary for the Service and for services provided by the Goalplan or for any other purposes as set out below. This also applies to sensitive personal data.
Goalplan addresses personal information about customers and suppliers to:
(a) You may access the Service or provide other services to the Goalplan;
(b) administer our relationship with you;
(c) Goalplan should be able to handle its obligations towards you or affected individual, handle cases of alleged discrimination, deal with disputes and complaints; and
(d) Enable future business relations.
3.2.2 Personal Data
Goalplan may handle your personal information. Such information includes, among other things, the name, address, e-mail address, position, responsibilities and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the Service, and to enable future business relations.
Goalplan will be able to process personal and personal information of contact persons and other employees. Such personal data consists, inter alia, of the information specified in 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206 and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the Service to ensure a good delivery of services to Goalplan and to enable future relationships.
3.2.3 Storing personal data
How long a personal data will be saved depends on the personal data and the purpose of its processing. Goalplan does not save personal data for a longer period of time than is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, unless otherwise provided by law.
The data you provide as a supplier in your profile (s) or as the Goalplan registers in Goalplan business system, upon approval by you or the affected individual, will be stored as long as the respective account is active or in progress contractual relationship.
Goalplan will generally save personal information that occurs in:
(a) Customer and Supplier Agreement, and Business Event Information, during the term of agreement and thereafter for ten (10) years.

5. Sharing of personal data to third parties
Goalplan may also disclose your personal information to other third parties, such as Goalplans suppliers for our business, such as payroll management, technical support, IT systems operation. Parties such as Goalplan may disclose personal data to be outside the European Economic Area, EEA, which means that personal data may be transferred to non-EEA countries. If the Goalplan delivers personal data to Goalplan suppliers outside the EEA, we will take steps to ensure that personal data remain protected and also take the necessary steps to legally transfer personal data to non-EEA countries.

You as an individual are entitled to, free of charge, once a calendar year, after a written application has been submitted to Goalplan at the address given under "Personal Data Responsible", be informed of what personal details Goalplan deals with about you, as well as information about the scope and purpose of such treatment.
You as an individual also have the right to request that we block, erase or correct your personal information. You are always entitled to revoke a given consent and to inform you that you still discontinue processing of your personal information.
